Matsushita Shuji sensei won first place in the men’s senior division at this year’s Goyokai Kendo Tournament in Boston. Choi Eunju won third place in the women’s senior division. Congratulations!

Shudokan and Ken Wa Kan trained together during our monthly godogeiko on Sept. 8, 2019. Shudokan and Shuji Matsushita Sensei hosted this month’s joint practice at our dojo in Stroudsburg, PA. Kendo friends from Virginia and New York joined us as well.

Shudokan Kendo Godogeiko 2018

We hosted our first kendo summer godogeiko ever on Saturday, July 21. Our dojo was lucky enough to train with several high-ranking sensei and their students from several dojos.

Garden State Kendo Tournament 2018
